An associate practicing in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, Drew Rader advises clients as a member of the Energy, Environment & Natural Resources and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups. His practice focuses on complex business disputes, lease disputes, environmental liability litigation, and regulatory enforcement and compliance for a diverse client base, including oil and gas and renewable energy clients, property developers, and individual litigants.
Drew graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as Editor-in Chief of the American Indian Law Review and was a member of the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court. While there, he received several honors and awards including the Oklahoma Bar Foundation Thomas L. Hieronymus Memorial award, the Mahaffey & Gore Scholarship, American Jurisprudence awards in Civil Procedure and Mental Health Law, and was selected into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers. Active in debate, Drew was a Chicago Bar Association Moot Court finalist and was named a Top Ten Speaker at the 2021 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court competition in Boston.
Prior to law school, Drew received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the President’s Leadership Class and the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society.
