A paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, Lynn Havrilla serves as a member of the Appellate and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups.
She primarily supports the firm’s Appellate Practice Group but with more than 15 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, she is versatile and skillful with the ability to assist in all aspects of litigation and trial including e-discovery. Lynn’s responsibilities include reviewing the accuracy and validity of client briefs, coordinating conventional and electronic filings and assisting with docketing and appeal deadlines to ensure compliance. She also compiles records for appeals in Oklahoma state and federal courts. In her role, Lynn applies her knowledge of Oklahoma state and federal civil and appellate court rules and procedures to assist attorneys with document preparation at all levels of the appeals process including original jurisdiction proceedings.
Lynn received her Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University where she also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from Metropolitan College in Paralegal Studies. Lynn is a past President of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants (2014-2017). Outside of the office, Lynn serves her community as a youth volleyball coach for the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City.
